So i Just bought the Echo 1 from Matt at BOS Airsoft. So Rozzy and I were checking this thing out when we got it home. For starters Echo states their E90 will shoot about 375FPS out of the box.
The battery supplied is a 9.6v 1100mah sub-c mini pack. (which will be upgraded, I will either build a pack or go Li-Po 3s which is 11.1v mah still undecided possibly 5000mah)
So Rozzy and I tore apart the firearm. Two screws and the whole gearbox with motor slides outs... Extremely easy!!!
The assembly has metal bushings, and metal gears. As far as piston, we didnt go that far into tear down as we wanted to fire the weapon.. (we couldnt wait)
After shooting Rozzy's M4, this little E90 has a bit of a kick, we were both really suprised. We didnt measure distance or accuracy due to no room. We were stupid enough to be adjusting the hop-up in a building complex.
As far as weight. the weapon is pretty accurate comparing to the real thing(researching what a real P90 wieghts). And it feels well balanced. With the metal rail up in front and the metal gear box in the rear, it makes the weapon feel very comfortable. And has a natural feel to it.
Cant wait to play with it some more tommorow.. I'm going to shoot off a couple of mags in the back yard.
Oh yeah one more thing... It comes with 2 mags that hold only 68bb's. Which means I need to go and get a 300 round hi mag. Plus side is the CA or TM hi-cap mags will work.
Basically with this being my first of many airsoft weapons to come. So far I am extremely happy with the quality, (reliability will be test on the 21st) and the craftsmanship of the Echo 1 for only $150.00 Brand new in the box. |

| if you want, i can open up the gearbox and show what the internals are like, and maybe do some re-adjusting to it myself if needed.....also id like to see myself what the AEG is like(im a HUGE ASS fan of p90's, but mainly FN guns in general, and my first airsoft was a TM p90 as well). |
